Bob is Jake's uncle. He appears during a flashback in Halloween.

Season One[]
In Halloween, Jake recalls his Uncle Bob teaching him how to "play chess." Bob actually just showed Jake how to shoot chess pieces with a BB gun. He also instructed Jake on how to "shoot backgammon."
In the Season Three episode Cheddar Jake mentions his uncle passed away but we can assume this wasn't Bob because is appears that Bob isn't rich nor does he live in Manhattan like the uncle Jake mentions.
In the Season Four episode Serve and Protect, Jake mention his uncle was his parents' divorce attorney and he was disbarred.
