Plot[]

Due to a plumbing problem, the neighboring 98th precinct is forced to temporarily relocate to the 99 until the problem is fixed. This reunites Jake with Stevie Schillens, Jake's partner from beat patrol. Charles is immediately jealous of their friendship and similar personalities. When Stevie reveals intel about a drug case Jake and Charles are working on, Jake brings Stevie onto the case. Charles continues feeling left out, particularly when they accidentally forget Charles back at the 99th precinct. Jake tries to make a better effort to include Charles, but this only creates more tension between the three of them.

Meanwhile, back at the precinct, everyone is struggling to accommodate their guests. Terry has his computer stolen after saying “Everything gonna be fine.” Amy is partnered with a detective with a service dog which triggers her dog allergies, and Rosa is partnered with a detective who is overly chatty. However, they realize they can get more work done on the roof after seeing Hitchcock and Scully having snuck out there with the microwave because of the 98th precinct hogging it.Holt catches them and reprimands them for being petty and asks them to be more respectful of their guests, despite his own growing frustration with the 98's Deputy Inspector making a mess of his office.

While continuously trying to leave him out, Stevie says that they can’t go back because they’re going to far. When they return Charles claims he has a new best friend, Paul. Trying to be nice, Jake, Charles and Stevie all sit at the back while planning how to bust in Ozerov’s place and find the drugs. However, that takes a bad turn as Charles argues with Stevie. Jake decides that Stevie idea is better and Charles is left upset. Stevie idea blows the case because they found nothing on him. Charles says the Beastie Boys should be called the Thoroughly Messed-Up Millies. When they get a warrant to inspect the drug dealer's apartment, Stevie finds drugs in his dishwasher.

Later on, Jake, Charles and Stevie return from the arrest, Charles reveals to Jake that Stevie planted the drugs in the dishwasher, as Charles had checked the dishwasher before Stevie. Jake gets Stevie to admit it, but when Jake says he has to report Stevie, a fight breaks and spreads all over into the bullpen, causing a chain reaction leading to a massive brawl between the two precincts. Holt breaks up the fight and reveals that a radiator pipe was broken during the fight, forcing the 98 to relocate again, much to everyone's joy. However, Gina gets Holt to reveal that he had broken the pipe on purpose because he himself had grown too frustrated with the 98.
