Michael Herbert "Mike" Schur is an American television producer, writer, and actor most known for his work on The Office, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Master of None, and The Good Place.
He worked for six seasons as a writer on Saturday Night Live. He appeared on The Office as the fan-favorite character, Mose Schrute; as well as, wrote ten of its episodes. He won multiple Outstanding Comedy Writing Emmys for The Office. He also helped co-create Parks and Recreation and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. And since creating The Good Place, he's actively working as its showrunner.
