Devon Mound is a criminal who Amy Santiago arrests for possession of the drug "Taxi".

In The Mattress, Devon is brought in by Jake for getting caught with possession of the drug "Taxi". He presumably cuts a deal and agrees to lead them to his dealer, in exchange for less jail time. He sits in the police car whilst Jake poses as an environmentalist. He interrupts Amy and Jake's flirting by pointing out his dealer. When Jake and Amy run off on a chase, Devon remains in the car stating that he will just stay there.
